You all have been great to work with along the way. I still don't know how you do it, but you're always able to answer our questions - large or small - about this house. Your service attitude has been way beyond the call of duty. Ten years later, we still feel comfortable calling you. We truly
appreciate that.

When our friends ask us what the RAM stands for, we say, "Ralph and Mike - they own the company, and they become your buddies." You anticipated our needs, and insured that our investment was a good one. We knew it in the beginning. It's great to appreciate it over the long-term as well.

Special accents make our homes special

Dear Ralph, Mike and Judy,

Buddy and I just wanted to take a few moments out of this busy holiday season to express our deepest thanks to you for making the building of our home such a painless, and thoroughly enjoyable process. There are a few endeavors in life, which are so thoroughly fraught with personal hope and emotion, as well as with the potential for disappointment and conflict, as is building a house. Let me just tell you that every aspect of this project, from groundbreaking to the final nail on the doorknocker was so totally satisfying. Mike Anselmo was there, on the job site, virtually every day. He and Ralph were determined to involve us in every decision as is evident from the quality of the finished product. Mike and Ralph hire only the finest quality craftsmen, whom they seem to enjoy long term relationships with, and would only use the very highest quality of materials and finishes. Over the course of this project, we felt so close to the folks at R.A.M., we almost missed our informal chats, after the house was completed, and we had already moved in.

Buddy and I would be glad to show our house to any potential clients of yours, and would be more than happy to be used as references. We join one another in wishing you and your loved ones all the best for the holiday season and a very happy new year.
